Police mistake sex toy for bomb and spark panic as gambling hall is evacuated

Police issued a bomb alert and evacuated a gambling hall following the discovery of a humming male sex toy- which they believed was an explosive.

The vibrating sex aid - a penis ring - was found in a rubbish bin at a gambling hall when a staff member heard a strange humming noise.

But the police were concerned and called the bomb squad.

Around 90 people were evacuated from the venue and a street was closed in the east German town of Halberstadt .

The suspicious vibrations were coming from a metal bin in the men’s toilet, Police said according to the Guardian.
